What counts as a user?
Tresta charges a monthly fee for each person that has a login to your company's phone system. A login is required for anyone that needs to make calls or access things that are stored in your system, like voicemails for example.
Is it truly unlimited usage?
Yes, Tresta is truly unlimited - you'll never be charged a per call or per minute fee. This isn't the case with some of our competitors' "unlimited" plans that actually have caps on usage and overage fees in the fine print.
Is it one free phone number per account or per user?
Every account receives one free phone number. You can add additional phone numbers at prices that start at $3/number/mo and go down to $1/number/mo as your quantity of phone numbers increases.
Do toll-free phone numbers cost more?
No, toll-free numbers aren't billed any differently from local phone numbers - same price per month, no per minute charges.
Do these prices include taxes and fees?
