Dynamic caller ID allows you to see more than just a phone number when someone calls your business phone number. On inbound calls, you can see the caller’s name (if they are in your contacts), phone number and the business phone number they dialed. On outbound calls, it allows you to pick which business phone number you want displayed to the recipient as your caller ID.
