How many users or groups can we have?

As many as you need! Just pay the flat rate for each user, and all Tresta features are included at no additional cost!

How do I add a user to a group?

Users and groups can be edited from the Tresta web app by any system administrator. Add users to groups or remove users at any time for no additional cost.

You can add new users or remove former users from your Tresta phone system. We take your business phone customization a step further and offer the capability to add or remove users from groups at any time.

Where can I add a user to my overall phone system?

You can add new users at any time from the web app in the Users section of Settings.

Is there a penalty for adding/deleting users or groups?

Never. Tresta offers complete flexibility for you to do what you need for your phone service. You’ll never be penalized for the number of times or the frequency at which you add/delete users.
