Last weekend, our team attended the 2020 Addys for the American Advertising Federation, and took away an award in the Online/Interactive category for the new Tresta website, which launched in late 2019. We were so proud of our team and the work that went into the new website, and thrilled to have the work recognized among top leaders in the industry.
While we are honored on the award, we are excited to have the new website capture our core focus and devotion of making business communication simpler.
So why did we rebuild the Tresta site?
There were a number of reasons, which we explained in our November 2019 press release. Among them:
- We aimed to create a cleaner, more modern design, that connects better with the small business owners and entrepreneurs that make up a large portion of our subscribers.
- We wanted to develop a more engaging resource to display our growing list of features. Throughout the site, you can engage with specific features and services, and the experience is seamless from desktop to mobile.
- In order to improve user experience further, we took the opportunity to optimize and enhance our phone number selection process – adding options like vanity numbers.
- By developing a new site and user experience, we were able to streamline and make the signup flow easier than ever before to get started with your 30 Day Free Trial.
Overall, the new site opens up tons of possibilities for Tresta and for our users. Now, site visitors are better able to get the information that they need to make a purchasing decision. The process of signing up with Tresta is easier than ever, so you can go from NOT having a phone number for your business, to making and receiving unlimited calls in no time flat. By providing better resources for our customers, we’ve been able to engage and simplify the process for all Tresta users.
